I would say so. The best way my buddies described it is that it dropped it to proper height. Like how it should have been from the factory. and like i said, can't beat the ride and handling increase.

To do it yourself you need compressors and for the fron struts it helps to have an impact wrench or the other tool (don't know what it's called) I think its a GM thing... it holds the bolt so you can use a torx to un-do it. the rear is as easy as jacking up the car, putting it on stands, then disconnecting the shocks and dropping the whole axle down and switching the springs. Front took me like 2 hrs and back all of 30 min lol I think there was a DIY for springs here
