I don't know what you guys are talking about because a 9 second civic is still a car to respect. There is a lot of time, research, effort, and love that goes into a 9 second civic.

A 9 second car is a 9 second car no matter who makes it, and anyone who builds one has my respect. Then again I'm sure I'm one of the few if not the only person here who has actually built a 9 second car so I realize it's not magic pixi dust that makes it happen. It takes real work and effort. Blood sweat and tears and lots of them.

Respect for the civic should be given because they are reliable, fairly inexpensive, and mod well. The car is not much different then the cobalt, yet there are people here who want to mod the piss out their LS or LT Cobalt. It'd be REALLY easy to sit here and call you all ricer fools as well considering you don't even have a decent tuning suite out for your cars, but you guys know that's not how I do it.

Again a fast car is a fast car no matter what badge is on the back.

This discussion is getting rediculous and you guys should just lock this thread. ALOT of people are looking like stupid fanboys here.
