how often do you backup Admin?

The host does daily... lessons learned. i'll do my own backup daily now as well

The server had an issue with HD space .. and for whatever reason it deleted all of the posts in the database.. odd to say the least.. but it is what it is.. so I guess we're starting from scratch!
