2nd gear blown at 10,000 miles?

sometimes it seems as if mine shifts by itself from 3rd to 4th.. is THAT a problem? =D

well.. I just hit the clutch but shifter does the work alone. =P

you know what that happened to me too but it was at 9 thousand miles and when i took to the dealler they told me that it was my falt cuz all of my tires where burned out so what i did i took it to aamco and the fixed for me it cost me 1200 it was these pins called
the ***** pin threw of them broke and sense the where fixin that they change my clutch

i bet it was the synchro's, my dealer did it outta courtesy, due to the amount of problems i have been having with the car. BTW, i changed the tires before i took it in, so they couldnt blame it on the driving:D

i kinda thought sothey gave me a strange look when i walked in the door to get the car, cause the tires looked almost new, yet there was 47,000 KM on my balt(like 22k miles)

I had 7600 miles on my 2007 ls when my final gear decided it didn't want to play anymore. just driving down the road and as soon as the transmission went to shift into 4th gear I heard a really loud grumbling noise and sure enough, my transmission needed to get rebuilt. Had to wait 5 days for the replacement part, got a rental for 6 days for free. I love warranties.

i got an f---ing no gas mileage getting h-3 for my rental for 6 days free accept for gas and extra insurance but it sure was fun going 4 wheeling!!!!

lucky, i am too young to get a rental here, so i had to borrow my shop car for a week:(
