RPMS rising and dipping

I have an issue now. When I am in second say at about 3K RPM's and punch it, (or any gear for that matter) I get great throttle response but the the RPM's increase and dip down slightly for a sec then proceed to increase. Anyone know what this could be?

Well, today it stopped doing it idk it seemed like fuel surging so maybe I got some bad gas. The reason I think that is that I filled up today and it stopped doing it so I guess problem solved.
