problems shifting after new clutch install

ok well I have an Exedy stage1 clutch with a a fidanza lightweight flywheel that I had installed at the dealership, but now I am having problems shiftin into and out of gears... my car is also actin as though the clutch is engaged before I even let the cluth out. and now my car has a popin noise comin from the driver side that sounds like the half shaft might be broke. all of these problems seem to be different based off the weather also. and yes I broke in the clutch first with over 1200 miles before I even considered getting on the throtle. and I have taken it back to the dealership several times and they say they don't know what's wrong.

Any help????

They said no, but they said that the guy that put in the clucth will have to be the one to look at it. And I know that the CV joint on the half shaft is covered under the 100,000 mi power train warranty, but they wont look at it. They keep saying that a CV joint and half shaft is not part of the power train... And the stupid part is that i used to work for this dealership...

Go to chevrolet.com and print off the parts that are covered under the powertrain warranty and show it to them. If they still refuse to cover it, call GM directly and throw a fit.

When I talked to the service manager at the dealership I baught my cobalt at, he said installing an aftermarket clutch, even by the dealer, will void the warranty on the clutch but not the rest of the drivetrain. My cobalt is having clutch issues right now.

Sounds like a botched install. Don't let anyone work on your car unless you can absolutely trust them, especially the dealers...they hire most of their techs straight out of school and they are inexperienced.
