Fill it up all the way set mileage to 0 then drive till 1/4 tank the fill up divide miles by gallons what do you get???

Do you smell gas fumes at all in the car?

28.6 isn't bad if punch it a couple times a week. I reset before I took the car out this spring and I'm around 29.4.

No fumes but just found out the person before me put gas while the car was on what a dumbass.

Sounds about right. Short trips will waste gas. I'm getting about 26 or 27 a gallon

when was the last time you did a tune up? any lack of power?

2009 Ford Escape Limited - 3.0L, 6 speed auto, 4x4, 25/33 city/hwy imp mpg.
2017 F150 XLT-XTR - 5.0L, 4x4, 3.55's, E-locker, xtr chrome package, fx4 off-road package.
20/25 imp mpg

But in taking it to the shop to have fuel injectors replaced. After all I still got insurance for another month :D

get the fuel filter done too. If dirt got to the injectors then your current filter cant be that great
