Question mounting issues?

ok so heres the deal ive got 1 12" kicker solo baric that i'm getting rdy to put in my trunk, only problem is that it slides around so much. what did you guys do to mount/secure your subs so they dont slide ne where?

Aside from packing random junk around around it...lol... You could try some type of metal straping tied into your rear deck or if you feel brave try drilling through the floor and bolting it down. I'm sure other people have better ideas but thats just a couple to get it going and a free bump if nothing else

I made mine heave enough, it doesn't move. it helped that I have carpet on it though making enough friction so it doesn't slide around

ICW Racing Nakano's covered in Cooper CS4 Tourings
Dual Kicker Comp 12's enclosed in a sealed Kicker enclosure powered with a 1200 Insignia Amp

yea my box has carpet, but it's only a single 12 only weighs around 30ish lbs, and i put it in the trunk today without hooking it up, yea it slides a lot, lol.

What I'd try is getting Velcro and using only the rough side of it on the bottom of the box, that should keep it from moving at least a little bit.
