12 volt acc wire?

I've been looking around on here and other sites but cannot find an answer. I hope someone can help. I am looking for a fuse and or wire that is 12 volts while car is on and dead when the car is off. I thought my cig lighters but there are hot even when car is off. I have an 06 LS sedan with just the basic. no electric anything. I thought tapping off the radio but all I found was one hot wire and no hot/cold wire so I gave up on that. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
