Ignition Switch???

Hey I just installed my Kenwood DDX512 but where is the fuse for the ignition so when I turn on the car my unit turns on instead of manually turning it on? Thanks pics are great too!!!

Just use your windshield wiper fuse, it's located right under the stereo, and works just as good.

where exactly?..........or is there one that works on the fuse panel on the pass side?

Pull out your owners manual and it will have a diagram of both fuse boxes.

yes, if you pull off the fuse panel cover on the passenger side of the center console, and use your owner's manual, it will show you a fuse for the wipers, i think it's 5 amp, but that would be the best one to use

just read the following but instead of hooking up a remote wire for an amp hook up the remote for the deck in the same manner.

easier, go to the inside fuse panel, right near it youll see a large pink wire...should only be one of its kind. tap it, its the accessory wire
