upgrade stock deck

i have the low end stock deck on an LS 09 and i am wondering if i can upgrade to the pioneer system?

any thoughts? anyone successfully done this?

Why don't you just take out that stock deck and put in a really high end aftermarket deck? Far better sound and more options

Agreed.. Aftermarket is usually better anyways.. but yes it is possible

The Pioneer system would be a pain as you'd want the speakers, sub, all the wiring, head unit, and amp....too much work...I agree with aftermarket.

I went from the base CD player to the upgraded one (factory, not aftermarket) with MP3 and RDS and I'm quite happy with that. Eventually I may upgrade to aftermarket for the head unit, amp and speakers.
