not only similar i have the exact same head unit. works great. i didnt install the backup camera, but that was mostly beacuse i was short on cash. it definitely wouldnt hurt anything lol, but on a small car its not necessary. heres a pic of mine installed

I don't recommend putting it where the trunk keyhole is. 2 reasons...1, it's too high and the camera should be about bumper level to give a more accurate view of what's behind you (since your bumper is what sticks out the furthest in the back)....2, you're looking at problems down the road...first you have to make sure it's in there really well...don't want it to leak (don't know where you're from, but water and snow getting on carpet over and over=mold quickly)...also think about down the road for rust...if you want to think further down the road, will you be able to return it to stock easily because another person may not want that if/when you sell your car...also the fact that you just have to custom do it (if you can do it yourself, OK, but if you are going to pay someone to do it...expect a large bill).

yeah i love it. its cool cuz you can change the colors of the keys. so they can be like red, green, blue, amber, or white. or you can put it so it jsut rotates through all of it.
oh, when you put it in, and you wanna watch dvds while driving, you gotta bypass the parking brake switch. if you need any help w/ that let me know i did it to mine too.

the camera is put at an angle and it is sealed tight with water proof o-ringings

of course the camera doesn't have to have to go there and u make good points, i just thought it might of been a good idea .. . where do u suggest i put it ?
any one on this forum have a back up camera ?

you could put it in cutout for the license plate. not sure how you would run the wires, but if you put in in the top there it would work great and look good.
