2007+ Cd Changer in 2005?

Saw a 07 in dash cd changer for sale and wondered if it would fit in my 2005 LS. Looks like the same size and brackets from the front but is it any deeper? Does anyone know the dimensions on the 05 model head unit?

Thanks in advance guys!

Stock

The unit im looking at is a stock cd changer from a 2007 cobalt.
Seller will only guarantee its fitment in a 07+
But visually it apears to be the same dimensions.

No it will not work, 05-06 are the same as 07+ asthetically (sp) but the years will not interchange without serious modification
