Talking Installed a Power Capacitor W/pic

The other day I was bored and I installed a 1 farad power capacitor, my sub hits extra hard and my headlights don't dim/flicker anymore. Anyone looking for killer bass I'm talkin low lows I highly recommend a JL W7, best sub I ever had.

what kind of watts is it pushing?? i was actually looking at two JLs earlier today, they were 12"s fully enclosed with ported box..

its crazy really only 500watts the JL slash v2 amps are insane. It hits so hard I can't even turn it up all the way it rattles my brain the funny thing is it doesn't even distort turned all the way up. If your going to go with a JL sub go with the W7 check it out. The 10" sounds like 2 15"s with alot of watts, even my old 12"s pushing 1400watts didn't hit as hard as this one 10" does. W7's are just so expensive! For the price of 1 W7 you can get 2 type x's from Alpine and they are pretty comparible from my experience. Having a Type X and hearing a lot of W7'

I think its awesome having one 10" that hits more SLP than pairs of 12"s/15"s I've seen people that have 2 12" JLW7s in SUVs thats INSANE, you think your eardrums would pop. Never been huge on Alpine, if I had to go with another sub it would be a rockford fosgate T2 power they sound pretty awesome also.

There actually 13inch speakers the w7 are.. Not 12's

I used to have treos and they sounded good and I have and still do have the 1000/1 jl amp with an extra stinger battery...But the w7's are the shit

JL audio makes 12" W7s its 15" they don't make they make a 13" instead
