Arrow Stereo Won't Let Me Adjust the Bass Anymore... Ideas?

Okay, so I have 2 12" Kickers powered by an 1800 watt kenwood amp. I have an aftermarket Kenwood DDX512 double din. It won't let me adjust the bass from the options menu anymore. This wasn't an issue at all once when I had everything hooked up. I've had the same system for about 1.5 years now. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated guys!!

Taken Down....

Dodge Dart Ralley Edition
Acura RSX Type S (2x lol)
Saturn ION Redline
VW Jetta 1.8T
Honda Civic SI
Scion TC
Dodge Dakota (lol)

. . . it will continue to grow.

Have you tried resetting it? My kenwood X996 will need to be reset every once in a while because of it not playing sound at all.

the radio likely has EQ presets (pioneer has powerful/rock/natural/ect) when it is set to those presets, you no longer have individual control over the bass/treble

2008 Cobalt LT
SS springs and Stagg struts
Pioneer AVIC-X930BT GPS
Memphis 16-MCH600 "Baby Belle" hybrid amplifier
MB quart Premium 6.5" componant/premium tweeters front
MB quart Premium 5.25 componant/premium tweeters rear
Memphis PR-10" sub in factory sub box

miles and miles of dynamat extreme...
