Stock Radio Blowing Front Speakers

So i have an 07 with a stock radio. ive replaced the front speakers twice and they keep blowing within a month of install. Couldnt really find much about it. Is kind of annoying tbh. we dont crank the radio or anything. ive traced the wires and didnt find any breaks or shorts. So would it be safe to assume its the actual headunit?

Mine had broken wires right at the connector and speakers were good.

so being bored today i installed a sub. while playing with the bass i was able to get the front driver speaker working. super weird, the display on the HU would get wavy when the front speaker worked. and then go back to normal when the front speaker quit working.
