Arrow New Deck, No Sound, Need Help

ok so to start off, i have a 2006 cobalt ss 2.4 with the pioneer "upgrade", i installed a JVC deck and i bought the proper pac interface and steering wheel adapter got them all installed the way the wiring diagrams show it and it's to the best of my knowledge and everything on the deck seems to work 100% except i get 0 sound from any speakers/subs. I've done a lil research and it sounds like my problem is my factory amp is not getting any power to its remote wire, not sure if that's the issue or not or how to fix it. If any of you guys can help me thru fixing this it would save me time and prolly some $. keep in mind everything i know about installations is self taught and keeping your solutions simplistic will save me having to ask a lot of questions lol. Thanks!!

Have you tried grounding the "ON" command pin of your amp to see if your amp turns on? I beleive it is a pink wire.

I believe 2005 and 2006 are the same.

well everything was working just fine until i put in the new deck, even if i throw the old deck back in everything works again. so im assuming that the old amp is fine and should be turning on like its supposed to so its got to be something i wired up wrong. i connected all like colored wires made sure to run the ground to my amp. there is an instruction to connect pin a10 of my harness to a 12v+ accessory not sure if ive done that right, i think i tied it into the remote wire could that be my issue?
