Stereo replacement

Hey! I have a 2005 chevy cobalt which i replaced the stereo with an aftermarket stereo. But the problem is i did not install a module pac after making this switch. So the Gmlan low speed data wire is np longer attached to the radio which make me can no longer operate information button on my dash. And my check engine light no longer show up when i switch on my ignition. How ever when i received a warning light the illumination is not bright as how it use to.. So i know i do need a module but what kind and brand are the best?

Get the pac modules but I need more information on your car for which one to get. Does your car have steering wheel audio controls? Does it have on star? And it's an 05 correct?

Showoff thread finally!!!! : )
