Aftermarket Stereo Installation - Won't Turn On

So I was trying to install a new Pioneer fh x720bt in my 2009 Cobalt SS.

I bought the Metra 70-2104 Radio Wiring Harness to connect the aftermarket connection to the car's connection.

I connected all the wires together according to color, and then ran the red wire to the 20amp fuse.

However, after noticing it would not power up, and all my connections were okay, I tried putting the stock stereo back in.

However, that would not power up either.

I don't think I blew the fuse, but it could be a possibility. I need to get my hands on a voltage meter to see if its getting power.

I've tried disconnecting the battery but that did not solve it.

Isn't there some type of reset I need to do? or should that not matter since I have the aftermarket stereo?

Thanks
