Building 2009 Chevy cobalt Racecar

I am building a circle track race car it is a 2009 Chevy cobalt. I have been racing for a while but in a completely bone stock division I drove a 2006 Chevy cobalt with much success but now I’m moving up and am looking for any tips I can get I plan on tuning the computer and am wondering where is the best place/way to get that done I am also planning on putting in a limited slip but don’t know where I should buy from (I need it to be able to pass tech) I am also looking for ANY other tips I can get weather in regards to more power or how to get it to turn left better

At those low speeds the quickest way to gain horsepower is by installing a smaller diameter and wider tire or even a smaller rim.
