Having Trouble Identifying a Broken Part

Hey all, I’m replacing the balance shaft chain and in doing so I broke the “bushing” on the end of the intake balance

shaft. I replaced the sprocket on the end of the shaft and torqued the sprocket bolt but while tightening the retaining bolt

the flange on the part directly behind the sprocket broke off. I didn’t have the shaft properly seated and thought the M6 bolt

would draw it in the rest of the way. This piece slides right off the end of the shaft after removing the sprocket. The part

number on it is 12 593 321. I’ve searched this number with no luck. The GM parts breakdown calls out item #25 as a

bearing but the picture of it isn’t very good and the part number doesn’t match. Any ideas what this is and where to get one?

BTW I’m working on an ‘08 Cobalt with a 2.2L engine

Look at this and see if it helps, the part number is stamped into it. Thank you for your feedback!!
