Your door chimes and combination switch functions are used by the door speakers. Does your cobalt have an aftermarket CD player by chance?

Depends on year, 05-06 there is a little speaker on the back of the gauge cluster for the chimes, 07-10 it is played through the drivers door speaker

Does it make any sounds when you use the blinkers or if you open the door with the key in it? It's pretty common for the speaker to fail. Does any kind of sound come out of the drivers door speaker at all?

I just change the speaker but I still have no sound and no radio on it, I think a wire is broken somewhere.

Clean the connector and enure you have good contact. Mine had oxidation and the old speaker had water damage.
