No you don't have to take it to the dealer....::facepalm::

Alright, first off....it's in the owners manual on how to fix it. You have to do a tire Relearn. I think this is how i just did mine not to long ago.

First you have to turn your car to the on position, don't start it. Then on your D.I.C. controls toggle thru untill you come to "Tire learn". Hit that. The car will beep to let you know to start. Basically, you have to let a little bit of air out of each tire until the car beeps once, then move on to the next tire. start with your front DS,Then front PS, then rear PS, then rear DS. Once you have done all 4 tires the car will beep twice letting you know that the tires have been relearned.

I hope thats easy enough to understand....

Yes, you used a specific tool, but you charged people an arm and a leg to do it. That tool also costs a fortune.

You can do it yourself for free in 3 minutes - no special tools required.

didn't know about the integrated stuff, sorry bout that. the tool was about 1500 bucks off the snap on truck, I gave it back cuz I never fully paid it off lulz. it was mostly for Pre-delivery and of course tire rotations but we never charged anyone for it. if someone came in saying their monitors were out of sync it's such a simple process I wouldn't be surprised if they did it for free.

My dealership back home tried to charge my friend $115 to do it for him. I took him to a Shell station and we did it in 2 minutes for $.50C worth of air.

holy shit that's retarded. it takes literally like a minute to do it. i mean if there's a way to do it from inside the car then shit why not.
