Question What Coolant Temperature Should I Drive Off At?

in the middle of winter when its minus fourty celcius outside? so i dont blow an intake or headgasket. thanks

let the car warm up for a few minutes....I let my car warm up to at least 100*- 115*

I usually take off when it reaches over 80.

But don't start driving off flooring it and stuff. drive normal until it warms up to operating temps which is around 185*

just floor the gas as soon as you crank it up.. this will cause the engine to heat up faster. keep the rpms just over 6.5 or so.. you will be ready to drive in about 5 mins... no mater how cold it is..
