thanks guys. yeah I have pilot ballasts and 8000k bulbs one went out. I was hoping someone had sauce (a source) for some replacements they're just 9007 bulbs with the hid connectors and obviously an hid bulb. I have been seeing them for like 130 bucks that's ridiculous. at that point I'd like my brights back and I'll use the silverstars

I just resolved this issue. i cut away some of my wheel well linings to stop some rubbing. it seems that some salty water/snow got on the ballast adapter/fuse from the oe headlight harness to the ballast. the fuse was oxidized and fell apart. I cleaned the terminals with a wire brush and replaced the fuse. works again. flickering is a voltage/draw issue or a connection issue. mine flickered before it went out completely. also i notice when the bulbs or ballasts are cold if i hit a bump the lights will flicker once and never do it again until they cool down again.
