Engine Swap Question

Can I use a 2008 SS turbocharged engine as a swap in my 06 SS/SC. My main question is can I just use the engine itself, not the turbo accessories, and just install my supercharger instead of the turbo? Or would there be a lot of modification that would need to happen?

2006 Cobalt SS/SC. Black.
Fujita CAI, Vibrant Header and Downpipe w/High Flow Cat, Corsa Cat-back, Koni Adjustables, AeroForce SS Interceptor Gauge, Hurst STS, 60lb injectors, 2.8" pulley, Dual Pass, Option B, Cobra H/E, Eibach Pro Kit springs, DC sports strut bar, MPx Shorty Antenna, Black Front Bowtie. Black Gen4's. HPTuners.

what do you mean no? of course you can do it. I would rather just slap an LNF head on an LSJ block though. it'd save you money if you already have an lsj. supercharger with direct injection sounds like tits.

LNF is direct injected comes factory with a k04 turbo and variable valve timing, lsj is port injected with a factory m62 supercharger.
