Dreaded Dummy Lights

Well on top of my power steering beginning to go out, now my service ESC light has come on. My car only has 26,000 miles, I am not impressed with this to say the least. Anyone know how much the dealership is gonna empty my pockets to fix the ESC?

wooo..better off buying one urself and fixing it urself. Or just wait to see if the recall goes through...Without a recall the dealership would charge around 1K

Just for the power steering? I would love to wait for the recall but with type of roads I dirve on (winding country roads) I'd hate to get caught in a sharp turn and lose it.

I bet my ESC will cost about the same to get serviced....It's weird never had any of these problems with my cavs and my dad has limited problems with his 05 Cobalt with over 70,000 miles on it.
