Speedo Gauge Stuck?

I was driving around then I came home let my car idle and noticed that the speedo is stuck on 10 or 15 km/hr so I reved it to see if that would fix it, but I guess not.

So heres a video of it.

EDIT: I don't know. Did it go back down after you drove around?

a while back, my guages would stop working, my signals wouldnt work, no hi-beams and it said power steering in the lil box under the speedo. but it all went back to working fine. did you figure out what it was?
