Question

does anyone hear that sound when u turn off the car???

so is it okay to hear that sound???

and does hear the gas hit the tank when u drive???

so why does this sound happen???

thanks for answering my question
i have been wondering for 4 yrs about that sound

I think i know what shes talking about, after you turn the car off sometimes it makes a noise for a few seconds... I think its just cooling the engine off a little bit idk

I think so too. Metal cooling (contracting) as exhaust cools.

Mine does it too. No clue what it is but i have gotten used to it. I believe it's normal

it prob just the exhaust pipes cooling off.
clicks every few seconds or so.
