New Project

Thinking bout getting into a new project..considering a black saturn ion 3 2004 with 80k miles (looking at a near even trade)

The redline is out of my budget right now but i like the way the ion 3 looks.
Details of Used 2004 Saturn Ion, Worth, IL - Yahoo! Autos

there is the car im considering

if anyone has any comments on the ion 3 or any other car that would be a good new project id appreciate any comments or suggestions

thanks all.

not sure if the power boost is worth it, but fwiw I got my 08 cobalt with 8k miles for that price ($9,999).
I cannot suggest I know the difference between the cobalt 2.2 vs 2.4, but in the cavalier, the 2.4 was hardly better than the 2.2 (I noticed little, if any, difference) I owned both.

You'd probably be better off keeping the Balt like everyone said. The 2.4 is better than the 2.2L, but with everything you've done to yours so far, why start over? Although, I've always wanted the Ion rear seat. Plus, it's not worth $10K...

My ONE Question is this...

Why is that 80k Ion Quad Coupe worth 6500 yet our Cobalt's and G5s that are a few years newer better tech and mostly lower mileage worth a quarter of that on trade???
