Anyone Elses Car Do This??

well i notived for the first time yesterday, that my car idles just a tad ruff, its not missing, and it still has a heathy 800rpm idle, but i can feel a slight shake in the floor boards and seat, when i opened my hood it seemed that car car was skiping idle a bit, before i waste one of my days off on messing with this thing, i was wondering if anyone has the same problem,

mods... tinted taillights, 1000 watt alpine mono amp, 2 10 inch alpine type "r" subs, basspro slot ported box, xm radio, alpine 6x9 rear speekers, alpine 6.5 front speekers (both type "s",09SS front bumper and lip,black factory headlights, 12k foglights, 10k headlights, slp catback,fe5 suspension with sportlines,black carpet, painted plastics (black) huge custom pink monster sticker... and ofcourse.... BLACKED OUT!

At times I feel my car idling rough at stoplights. Same thing, I can feel it through the floorboards. I'm at 42K.

Nightshaded Taillights, Blacked bowties, Yellow interior trim, K/N cold air intake, Gen. 3 headlights, 195/60R15 BFGoodrich Traction T/A

updated...
no less then 10 mins after i posted this, the cel came on... 2 codes for misfire cillinder two. changed plugs and coils... well see what happends now

Hmm, I was gonna say, any codes?? But guess you found one. Good going.

BUT, misfire could also be the wires as a culprit....it happened to me on another car I have. Have you checked the wires for resistivity/continuity?

Misfire could also be dirty, or failing injectors. My parents 04 Ram just started leaking coolant into cyl 3 for no apparent reason. Shit happens.
