Reset Thermometer?

Hey, so, I installed my Injen CAI a couple days ago. When I did the install, I disconnected the battery just in case I messed up and made the airbags go off. I've gotten my sound system back to normal, but I've noticed my thermometer readout on the dash has just been reading '---'. I've driven a lot in the last few days and it hasn't come back online.

Anyone know how to reset it?

The sensor should be under the driver's side headlight...just unplug it and plug it back in. It may be enough to reboot the sensor.

Oh found the actual problem then. I was wondering what that plugin was, thought it was for the headlights... it came undone the second I pulled the headlight out, so I never got to see where it plugged in.

^_^;;

Because I'm not a mechanic and the instructions said 'Remove the Bumper', and my Haynes Manual said to do that, remove both headlamps.

I was just doing what I was told.

Glad you got it figured out. Sometimes the repair manuals are just plain useless, lol!
