Favor from Owner of 2006 Cobalt

Hi,

I need to find out the dimensions of the gas tank opening (where you put the nozzle to fill it) of a 2006 Cobalt. I'd like a photo of the opening, ideally with a scale (ruler) in the photo.

I'm a grad student studying forensic science, and one of my professors needs this info for an experiment.

Thank you,
Julie

Measure the diameter of a quarter. The orifice is a hair smaller than a quarter. I think Canadian and US quarters are almost the same size.
