Manual or auto? From your description it sounds like you can shift you just have to go slow to do so? If you gun it does it chug, die, do nothing?

Welcome to the forum, Basslover.

Are you working with a dealership at all on this? As a customer service representative, I'm limited in my abilities to troubleshoot (luckily you've got people like Coby7 on the case already), but I am happy to help in situations where a dealership is involved.

Sarah, GM Customer Service

Have you checked into Chevrolet Owner Center? You can maintain service history, check on warranty or recall information, and more. Visit my.chevrolet.com!
