Which Stereo Should I Get?

I've narrowed it down to 2 decks that have steering wheel control capabilities and USB, but I don't know if one is better than the other. Also, just to clarify, both of these decks will hookup to my stock Pioneer sound system easily, right? And are my 2 bookmarked harnesses plus interface correct, and all I need?

If you have a bit extra I would consider a Double Din deck, It's worth the extra money and they look really good in the car!

Double dins are sweet but yeah not enough money. Still don't have a job, had an interview last week but it's a slim chance I'll get it : (

Thanks I will have a chance if 2 out if the first 3 women chosen either fail a test or back out of the opportunity. Hoping they found another job.

kenwood. The pioneer doesn't say if it'll read storage off the usb just usb control?. If I were to shop for another HU I would get one with a usb port on the back so I can just load everything on a big hard drive/flash stick and never be without my collection. I'd use the front for smaller playlists or ipod/whatnot. Not sure if a single din would have one, but just food for thought.

Also, my double din has an sd slot that I use religiously (no usb stick sticking out). If you find a decent single din with one, I say its a good value add.

Sound wise, I don't even look at them unless you plan to amp or use new speakers too. The aftermarked hu will sound better no matter what than your stock anyway, features over wattage imo, but then again I never really crank mine up anyway....usually.

Just looked at the 3500 on the Pioneer website and it plays music on the ipod through USB

I don't really mind the USB hanging around since I mostly just use my ipod for music in the car, doesn't hurt charging while doing so, and yeah not big on loud bass either so just a new deck is my plan : )
