How to Tell if Wheels Will Fit?

This is kind of a non Cobalt question but I don't want to have to go join another forum just to ask a question. So bear with me.
I am trying to sell a pair of 17 inch alloy wheels for a 2013 Subaru Legacy. Well I have someone interested, but they are asking if they would fit a Nissan Altima. Now is there any resources or way to find this out, without having to meet the guy and possibly just try them to see if it works?

Well if the bolt patern is the same, the distance between hole is the same and the centric hole is not too small it should fit unless the offset is something rediculous.
