I've seen the rear sub for $65 shipped get that instead. Please don't get any eyelids, their so ugly. A strut tower bar does nothing but being there for looks. Don't get cheap seats their just fall apart quickly, don't get Eibach springs and especially not their swaybars. The rest is just getting parts cheaper again, such as the 2.4 intake manifold, commonly goes for under $100 shipped on CSS. After that it's just personal opinion stuff like how your car looks better how it is and not to get the RK sport, well anything. What is that rear stabilizer, no idea, but wouldn't buy it especially how none of the pictures for it are even on a cobalt (says it's not a direct bolt on even).
Also if you double the budget of the headlights you should be able to make a set of retrofits which are much nicer.
