5 Lug Cobalt Vs 4

Can't find out why my 2008 cobalt LT sedan has 5 lugs vs 4. Was this an option back in 2008?

I believe it was a transitional period. My '06 base is a 4 bolt.

My 2007 1LT has 4-lug, but I had steelies.

Steelies and the normal 16" alloys were 4x100. There were upgraded alloys that were 5-lug, and those you could get with rear discs. I believe the 1LT got the 4-lug 16s and the 2LT/LTZ got the 5-lug 16s, but don't quote me on that - it was always quite confusing.
