I have sad news :( as of Monday my SS is gone. I decided to sell her Monday, and someone that night came and checked it out and they wanted it that night.

Yeah I probably will I like the community, and who knows maybe one day I will pick of a SS/TC. But for now I need something to commute in that I don't have to care about as much.

Congratulations. I know it's never easy to part with a beloved car, but you shouldn't let it hold you back either. You can use the extra money from the sale to mod the Evo, or put it towards another daily driver. Do you have any ideas?

I found a loaded 2008 Civic I want to look at after work. I also want to use the other part of the money to get the Recaros for the Evo.

I thought the Recaros were standard equipment. Even the Ralliart has them, no?

Civic EX? In Canada we've got the Acura CSX, which is a fancy Civic with a 2 liter (155hp) and paddle shifters on the automatic.

They were up till 2015 when the US decided they were unsafe as the headrest did not move. So I am fixing the problem by getting them out of an 08 and doing the swap.

Well, glad to hear you're sticking around!

A Civic should be an okay daily driver. I didn't like the way it felt to drive when I had a chance to drive a friend's though.
