Yeah haha I have about an inch of clearance on that

There is rarely a time that I would worry about backing in instead of just pulling in... there's almost always a spot to just pull through instead

That's a pretty small inch. You really gotta get on board with the metric system, it's all about the centimeters these days

I take back parking so seriously, that I even back park in those rare 45 degree angled spots on streets or in parks. It's a little tricky, but that's how I roll.

The angle and distance in that pic is a little deceiving.. if you would like I could go measure it haha

Just measured, got like 7/8 of an inch..

Due to my work sometimes I have to get to job site's that are behind construction barricades and the only way out is backing up ( sometimes for even 2, 3 miles ) with not much room for error so I got pretty good at reversing.

That being said, I have a few spots at my building were it's a lot easier to park in reverse ( one way yard ) but other than that if I can chose I'm gonna pull straight just to be safe.

Were I live by the way, in the village public spaces it is forbidden to back into a parking spot.

Ever since I got my drivers permit, I always backed in, thought the car looked cool like that! 40 years later, it's a habit I can't break......OCD? Had a neighbor ask me one morning about 5 years ago, "wild party last night?" I said no, why? He noticed I pulled my truck straight into my driveway the night before! LOL, was in a hurry I guess!

I drive a box truck for work and you can't see out the back and they have limited visibility to the rear obviously lol but we're kinda required to back in first since we can see what is in the spot before we back in. "Plan your escape upon arrival"
