Right Signal

I changed the bulb for my right signal light. It lit up but didn't flash when I put my signal on. I double checked that I had the right bulb. So what should I check next? My fuse or the signal relay?

Hope this helps.

In both of my cobalts the inside of the harness where the bulb "plugs" in, one of the metal connectors had fallen off. I simply just take the wire on the turn signal and pull it out a tad and slip it in so it can make contact(or you can buy a new one) Also, the turn signal and parking lights/marker lamps or w/e are different filaments, so there are two inside of the bulb. (which makes one stay lit, and the other for turn signal, key fob, or emergency lights!
