Turn Signal Socket

Right front turn signal socket needs replacing. All of the online parts have three wires, but the exciting socket has five wires. Any suggestions.

Picture would help, year also, it appears you are talking about the in line connector from the headlamp harness and not the blinker socket itself.

Is it like this on with only 5 wires but 6 pins

6 PIN Sealed Female Pigtail Connector GM Pontiac Others 16 Gauge Wire | eBay

male or female do you just need the pins?
