First one you mentioned is for the SS/SC or SS/TC as it has the holes to mount the lip already cut out for you. The second one you mentioned is the same EXACT bumper but the Lip holes are not cut out. Its the SS/NA bumper we call it. Altho you can look on the inside of this bumper and it has marks where to cut the slots out for the lip if you go that route later in life.

So I can take my DC Sports Exhaust from my 2.2L LT cobalt, an place it on my new 2.0L turbo cobalt? Both are 2009's
