Safe jacking points

Is this a safe lifting point to lift the entire front end off the ground? The black tube, not the oilpan of course..

This photo is really too dark but it's an arch with holes in it. Providing a jack could be operated that far back.

As of right now in order to drain the oil, I have to turn the wheels to the left and slide as far as I can under the car in order to get to the drain plug. It would be nice if I could put the front end on jackstands.

I just jack mine up with a hydraulic jack at the side like changing a tire. The SS side skirts have triangles that point to the spot. They're in your owners manual too.
