Won’t start

I have an 06 cobalt LS and I won’t start. It’s getting fuel pressure so I elimated fuel pump as an issue I just don’t think I’m getting any spark, I’ve replaced the crank sensor the coil pack and brand new spark plugs I’ve got a test light out to check power to all the fuses and outage to the coil pack and everything checks out I’m just out of ideas any advice helps thank you. The 06 has an ignition control module mounted on top of the,cvalve cover/ coil pack that can fail wit the realease of a very faint flash of blue light and fairy dust. They can also run for well over 300k miles. Check the fuses on the BCM, inside, pass side console and there is one fuse in the engine compartment fuse block.
Coby7 had a very good color schematic posted here before it was blocked. There is also a reasonable schematic over at Autozone.
