I went to the Detroit Auto Show and they had an announcer talking about the sonic... he specifically said that it is nothing like the aveo.. then he went into specs lol

Yep, I saw it at NAIAS as well. Was really impressed with the vehicle. The interior was very nice for the segment. Dare I say much nicer than the Cobalt's! Had a nice feel to everything, shifter was in the right place and throws weren't too long. If it drives/handles/moves as nice as it looks and feels inside and out, I'd say they nailed it.

Ok so im picturing it as a hatchback in either black or gunmetal grey, sitting on black 18's, lowered, debadged with blacked out tails.. and im kinda digging it.. anyone wanna photoshot that haha?

Seen one on Saturday at Daytona in the Chevy Tent at the track. Black with metal flake, orange stripe from front to back on one side, orange wheels, and an orange outline around the grill. Cool thing was the headlights were not sealed like ours, the lenses were only over the lights... same with the back. Here is a pic I found...



here is a close up of the taillight, you can see it is not a full lense, just small lenses over the light itself.

Kinda like that one guy on G5Club that removed his stock lense and just put one over the bulb.
