09 Chevy cobalt icm location

Can someone please help me locate the ignition control module. I have one to replace the old one but cannot find it anywhere. My initial problem is no spark to any cylinders. Coil packs and plugs all new. Which led me to replacing the Icm or is there something I'm missing that cld cause no spark to all cylinders. It's my wife's car and she's starting to get impatient......help me please...

It is part of the ECM. Did you check all fuses? Especially the ECM fuse...
