Racing solutions 2.2 header installed! (lots of pics)

Check out my new header. Its Racing Solution new header for the 2.2. Install went smoothly No modifications were required and everything fit perfectly I would recommend this header to anybody with a 2.2 looking for a shorty header.

Look how much of a difference there is from the stock collector

And it meets up with the size of the stock downpipe perfectly!

After the install I felt a pretty decent gain! And no noticeable loss of low end torque!
Now all i need is a LSJ down pipe!

THANKS AGAIN TO RACING SOLUTION!

I installed it yesterday 2/26 and so far no CELs.

I do not have SAI so yes it works for non SAI balts!

I really like it! Before i could feel the engine kinda choke at real high rpms but now its just a steady pull all the way to redline!

I'm guessing you replaced the bolts and studs. How did you remove them? I'm going to be getting a cat-back soon and so far all I've come up with is cut them off and drill it out.

No, Actually I just sprayed the bolts down with some penetrating fluid before i tried to loosen them. Everything went really smoothly

Daman...that header looks sharp! Why is it listed only for the 2.2?
