K&N problem

I just had my new typhoon system installed and it seems like the throttle body is squeaking when I punch it. I hear it's just the valve gasping for air, and is normal, but I should I be worried? Also, I bought a used intake and the mechanic who installed it says he cleaned out all of the debris, how much debris would it take to damage the engine, as it was dirty before he cleaned it. Other than that, this thing sounds like a beast! Maybe cut a little off the low end, but added higher speed punch.

is it really a squeaking? or is it more of a woosh sound? because a loud sound from an intake is normal (especially at WOT). Its just all of the added air rushing into the throttle body.

If it is a slight whistle , that is normal. What RPM does it start to do that noise ?

It happens as I press the gas, at any rpm. I know it's my throttle body squeaking and it only happened right after I installed it. I hear it's common, but can you guys forsee any problems with this?
