What exactly are you trying to accomplish? Its only 4 bolts.. Climb under the car and look at it!

Its not bad.. Just do it all from under the car, the back one is still only 3 bolts and one through the center of the mount. You can figure it out easily.

now do the mounts have the same effect on an auto as they do on a manual? Same for motor mounts (I guess those wouldn't matter).

Yes they are just the same, Although, I doubt you get much wheel hop being an auto,
